Thom has amassed over 9 years in online video advertising. He started his career at Unruly media back when it was just 18 people in a small office in Brick Lane. After helping them grow to 4 offices globally and over 300 people he then went on to another startup video advertising publisher Rightster. Before setting up OLV Media Thom built the online video product at global media agency The Dentsu Aegis Network.
Kevin has over 9 years experience in digital, building a career across a number of verticals. Within entertainment, Kevin has worked across BBC brands such as Top Gear and Doctor Who, before moving across to News and Politics brands CNBC, Economist and ITN. Kevin's agency experience has seen him create integrated digital social media strategies for household brands from travel, children's toys, and FMCG, to fashion, alcohol, and film studios.
